At TriniBnB, we try to ensure you have as comfortable and as happy an experience as possible. And a big part of that experience is FOOD. While our listing prices don't include breakfast, we're happy to whip something up for you at your request. Please check out our menus below and give us a heads-up by 7:00 pm the night before if you're interested in ordering any of the meals you see here. Breakfast will be served from 7:00 am to 11:00 am.

Breakfast
Vegan breakfast: Cornmeal fritters, fried plantains, and tomato choka, with a bowl of watermelon slices on the side.
Two fried eggs, a cornmeal arepa, and light salad to get your day started right.

Fluffy pancakes, with homemade mango compote, and a locally produced orange syrup.
A poached egg on our cheesy thyme toast, with a side salad and some creamy avocado slices.

Breakfast bowl of rolled or steel cut oats, almond milk, slice almonds, dried cranberries, and banana slices, with a dusting of cinnamon powder.
Cheese and tomato omelette with wilted baby spinach and a hot, buttered cornmeal arepa.

Lunch and Dinner
Grilled pork chops, roasted red-skinned potatoes, and wilted baby spinach with feta cheese.
Stuffed bagel sandwiches with your choice of bacon, turkey, roast chicken or roast beef with garlic aioli, lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes.
A typical Trini Sunday lunch features baked chicken, a baked macaroni pie (with an optional crispy bacon crust), stewed red (kidney) beans, fried plantains, and a colourful side salad.

Grilled lamb chops and mashed potatoes.
Shredded chicken salad on a gluten free (cornmeal) arepa and side salad of tomatoes, lettuce, and avocado.
A lighter lunch/dinner option features a quarter of rotisserie chicken on a bed of lightly dressed greens, avocado and tomato slices.

Pigtail Sancoche (soup). Substitute beef, oxtails,
or corn as a vegetarian option.
A great brunch option, this meal feature potato and codfish croquettes, bacon omelette cups, hot buttered arepas, and a side salad.
A simple Cobb salad is sue to keep your diet on track as you vacation with us!

Bowl of in-season local fruit.
Snack basket. Complimentary in-room selection of local snacks provided with your booking!

Homemade mango mousse pie (a vegan version can be arranged).
Try our Ginger Sesame Jub Jub! It's a delightful mix of sweet, nutty heat. A vegan version of this gourmet gummy is also available. Order by the dozen.

Bowl of ice cream or sorbet (with fresh fruit, if anything suitable is in season)
This gourmet pumpkin gummy is filled with warm notes of nutmeg, cloves, ginger, and cinnamon. AND it's � vegan! Order by the dozen.
